The address

Write to editor@sillvergroves.com. One editor reads that inbox and answers most messages within a few working days. There is no phone line and no form, because a form would only slow both of us down.

Corrections

The most valuable message you can send. Name the page and the sentence, and say what the situation actually is — a wing closed, a collection moved, a season cancelled, a tower rebranded. A public link helps but is not required. Corrections are made to the page itself.

Suggestions

If you know a hotel that fits one of the four categories and is genuinely unusual within it, tell us what its one decision is. That is the whole test. Notes from people who have actually stayed are worth more than press kits, and we read everything even when we do not act on it.

Permissions and photography

For quoting the text, or for supplying a photograph of a property you represent, use the same address and say plainly what you need. Photographs are credited, and we do not publish images we have no permission to use.

What we cannot do

We cannot book a room, hold, change or cancel a reservation, chase a refund, or contact a hotel on your behalf. We hold no commercial relationship with any property listed here and no access to any booking system. Reservations go to the hotel directly, or through whatever service you already use.
