Scope
This policy covers sillvergroves.com and the email address published on the contact page. It does not cover the hotels described here, their websites, or any third-party service you reach by leaving this site.
What we collect
The site is a set of static pages. There is no account system, no login, no newsletter, no comment section and no shopping basket, so there is nothing for you to submit and nothing for us to store. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser string — for security and traffic measurement, and those are retained for a limited period and then discarded.
Cookies and tracking
We set no advertising cookies and run no cross-site tracking or profiling. If any measurement is in use it is aggregate and does not identify individual readers. Web fonts are requested from a third-party font service, which will see your IP address as part of delivering the files; if you would rather it did not, a content blocker will stop that request and the site will still read correctly in a system typeface.
If you write to us, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of any correction made as a result. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, and we do not pass addresses to anyone else.
Your rights and changes
Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, using the contact address; we will do it. If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this one on this page, and material changes are noted in the text rather than announced separately.
